Lars Ludvig Löfgren

The debut album from Lars Ludvig Löfgren, Heterochromia, was released back in 2009 on Subroutine records (NL)/Häleri (SE). And indeed it made some buzz around Europe, especially in Benelux. Together with his group The Smoking Pets he toured frequently around Europe, which later led to an agreement with booking agency Belmont bookings. First album, recorded in a apartment in Göteborg, had influences from bands such as The Lemonheads, Swervedriver and Ronettes. This time he took The Smoking Pets to Stockholm and recorded an album with Martin Konie Ehrencrona at Studio Cobra. You can now here influences from The Only ones, Sara Lidman and The Marx Brothers. Markus Lindmark (Hip whips) plays organ on two tracks on the upcoming album.
